I\u2019ve received messages, Facebook comments, Tweets, YouTube comments, and even comments in person from people who say they appreciate the political content I put out, particularly the content related to harm reduction efforts in Lethbridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t mind doing it. I find value and satisfaction in creating such content, as well as satisfaction in seeing how much others value that content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, this all requires labour. It takes time to comb through data, search for articles, watch videos, create videos<\/a>, write posts, design graphics, respond to comments, and so on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because I have a family<\/a>, my spouse is in school, I volunteer with community initiatives<\/a>, and I\u2019m running a business<\/a>, my time is already pretty tight. Creating this content requires early mornings, late nights, and, if I\u2019m lucky, slow times in client work. I spend dozens of hours every month finding and producing this content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe the content I\u2019m creating and sharing still needs to be put out there, so I\u2019ll keep doing it. But perhaps there is a way that I could keep pushing this content without having to sacrifice more of my time and risk not growing my business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
