According to the Wetaskiwin Times Advertiser<\/a>, CMHC is reporting Lethbridge’s rental vacancy rate is at less than 1%.<\/p>\n

Lethbridge is seeing its vacancy rate tighten 2.1 percentage points from 2.7 per cent in 2005 to 0.6 per cent in 2006.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
