{"id":3191,"date":"2017-10-29T21:28:30","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T03:28:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/siever.ca\/kim\/?p=3191"},"modified":"2017-11-01T09:14:18","modified_gmt":"2017-11-01T15:14:18","slug":"clean-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/siever.ca\/kim\/2017\/10\/29\/clean-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Clean again"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol class=\"poem\">\n<li>Standing in my grave, grey clouds all around.<\/li>\n<li>Life of signs and keys, with me in the ground.<\/li>\n<li>Shiver in the cold, blinded by the dark;<\/li>\n<li>Silenced voice and soul; empty, lifeless heart.<\/li>\n<li>Then I feel a drop fall upon my brow,<\/li>\n<li>Second, and a third\u2014downpour on me now.<\/li>\n<li>Rain washes away caked-on grief and pain;<\/li>\n<li>As the raindrops cease, I\u2019m made clean again.<\/li>\n<li>Ling\u2019ring on the air, scent of wash-ed earth;<\/li>\n<li>Blossoms from the trees, fruit before their birth:<\/li>\n<li>Drifting through my lungs, richen every breath,<\/li>\n<li>Cleanse inside my soul; life replacing death.<\/li>\n<li>Mighty came the tongues rushing through the trees,<\/li>\n<li>Whirling \u2019round me now, mitigating breeze.<\/li>\n<li>Wind whips through my hair, wicks away the rain,<\/li>\n<li>Wraps my body whole, comforts and ordains.<\/li>\n<li>Sun upon my face, close my eyes to bask.<\/li>\n<li>Burning, tingling rays melt away the mask.<\/li>\n<li>Dipped in flaming pow\u2019r.
