The Siever family went to Vancouver for two weeks from the Christmas holidays. It was the first time Sinéad and Regan were on a plane, train (SkyTrain) or boat (SeaBus).

The Siever family had to move. Their previous landlords sold their house and the new owners wanted different tenants. They moved from West Lethbridge to a house that is closer downtown.

Kim received a letter saying that his application to join Mensa had been accepted and his membership would take effect once the annual dues had been paid.

Mary paid for the developmental fee for Whole Mother Birth Services. She is getting financing to purchase the rest of the business licence.

Regan’s first birthday. As with Sinéad’s first birthday, this was pretty low-key. We only had Mamac over to celebrate.

Kim was approved for a business licence for his graphic and website design company Panorama Designs. Mary is also working to get a business started called Whole Mother Birth Services.

Sinéad had her first “real” birthday party with party hats and everything. She even picked which friends were invited. She had a blast.

Regan’s first Christmas. Sinéad of course enjoyed it more than any other year and is upset we took the decorations down on Boxing Day.

Kim got the job at the University of Lethbridge. It sure is nice to know our bills can be paid.
Kim suffered from the flu for two weeks. Over a week was spent in terrible pain.

Kim attended his convocation today. He has now officially graduated from post-secondary education. Mary, Sin�ad, Regan and Mary’s mum (Donna Golbeck) were also there.
